With a background in creative advertising and experience co-founding a modern creative agency, I'm part creative leader and part innovator, with a passion for connecting brands and people more authentically.

 Over the past 20+ years, I've created award-winning, business-driving advertising. Now, my focus is on helping brands tell their stories in new ways where modern branding happens - across the social and digital ecosystem. I drive business results and audience connection with platform-first creative and authentic storytelling. I know how to create great work, and I know how to build the teams and capabilities that power the scale brands and agencies need to do it right.

 In 2019, I co-founded Trade School, an independent creative agency built for what’s next. Over 4 years, I helped evolve Trade School from a content shop to a sophisticated upstream partner to Fortune 100 companies, delivering integrated campaigns, influencer strategy and creative, audience-led content library development, and MarTech creative solutions.

 As Managing Director, Creative & Production, and Head of Creative, I led the development of a versatile creative organization capable of executing platform and audience-centric conceptual storytelling, content-at-scale production, and technology-enabled dynamic creative.

Before Trade School, I helped build 22Squared’s content practice, growing its first account, The Home Depot, from a small project to the agency’s 3rd largest account and creating the foundation for what would become Trade School. I also led creative for the agency’s most award-winning work, including 22Squared’s first and only Cannes Lion.

Before 22Squared, I worked at Arnold Worldwide, McKinney, and BBDO on integrated campaigns for the agencies’ most notable clients, with experience across travel and tourism, finance, insurance, auto, real estate, healthcare, consumer electronics, retail, and fast casual dining categories.

 My work has been recognized by Cannes, One Show, Effie’s, Adweek’s Project Isaac, AICP, Communication Arts, and others. I am an avid collaborator, empathetic leader, and creative chameleon who is passionate about tackling complex problems in new ways.
